2010 Vendor Requirements

All vendors will be on site and set up by 10:00 am Wednesday July 14th 2010.  Required business hours for all vendors will be daily from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday July 18th.  Vendor will be cleaned up and have vacated the site by 12:00 am Monday July 19th.

A $150.00 vendor fee will apply to all vendors to help with electrical expenses.

Any vendor selling food, beverages, or tattoos must get a state vendors license or any license required by the State of Montana for their business.  Alcohol and gambling sales will be by The Bull Pen only.

No illegal activities or sales will be permitted and will result of immediate eviction of the vendor from the premises.

Vendors will be provided the electrical outlets they require.  A freezer truck will also be available for product storage.  Vendors will have to supply their own way to get water from close limited provided areas.

Vendors will be given one (1) full venue pass which includes camping for each vendor spot they purchase.  All other employees will be required to purchase daily passes at $55.00 per day or a full week’s venue pass for $150.00 per person. Either option includes camping.

This is going to be an annual event that if we all work together will be good for all and just get bigger and bigger each year.
